Gleeds is represented across the Asian region through our offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Sri Lanka.

Gleeds initially established a presence in Asia by opening the Shanghai office in 1997, followed by the Hong Kong office in 2007. Four more offices across China in 2012 and our recent opening in Singapore have strengthened our presence and reach within the South East Asian market (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia... etc.)

In 2008 Gleeds entered the Indian market by merging with Hooloomann Project Services (HPS). Gleeds Hooloomann Consulting India Ltd. has now expanded to Sri Lanka with an office in Colombo.

Gleeds combines over 125 years’ expertise in construction consultancy and quantity surveying and the confidence of our global resource with a deep understanding of local construction markets.

Gleeds Asia offers an extensive range of core services. These extend beyond cost and project management to project control, shutdowns and turnarounds and a range of consultancy and advisory services across virtually all sectors.

Key clients include B&Q, DuPont, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, DHL, San Miguel Brewing, Sahara Homes, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Unilever and a range of prestige hotel brands servicing the Asian region.
